How are dried fruit chips prepared?
To make dried fruit chips, we must first consider a very hot day for this. Then wash Iranian Pistachio and dry the fruits and cut them into thin slices with a knife. The slices should not be so thin that they are not edible when dry, nor so thick that it is difficult to dry. Cut the fruits into medium pieces and place these slices on a stainless steel mesh tray, and then place the tray on a small pot or brick to allow the air to flow faster so that air can flow under it. Bring a tray into the house, where the cold weather of the night causes the moisture to reach the fruits again and spoil.
Do the same thing every day and look at the fruits and we separate the dried fruits from the tray and pack them. There are three ways to dry fruits, one is drying in the oven and drying using a fruit dryer and drying in the sun, which we recommend drying in the sun.
