• This product has large seeds. In general, it has the largest brain among Iranian varieties. Unlike the previous species, it is rounder. In other words, it can be said that this product is known as the biggest pistachio in the world, which has a heavier weight than other types. The larger size of this species has resulted in fewer seeds per kilogram.

• Its taste is very good. People can experience a great feeling when using it.

• The great shape and appearance of this product has made it used in luxury parties. These features have made it have a high price.

• The production of this product by farmers is facing much more sensitivities. If the tree is not treated well during production and does not receive enough water and nutrients, its final brain will shrink.

• This product is also used to prepare various types of sweets and foods. But it is most commonly used in parties as nuts.

• The color of its skin when ripe is almost reddish brown. The skin of this product usually splits when it arrives. Of course, you should know that the color of the top shell of its brain is grayish green.

• This product has a hard bone-colored shell. Of course, this color tends to be a dark bone color.

This product is known as one of the most popular pistachios produced in Iran. Owadi pistachios or hazelnuts are produced in abundance in our country. We can boldly say that more than sixty percent of the pistachios produced in our country are of this type.

This product was also produced by a Rafsanjani farmer whose name was Mr. Ohadi. This product was produced for the first time in Fathabad village of Rafsanjan city by this person. Of course, today the production of this product is also done in some other provinces.

As an example, this product is produced in northeastern provinces like Khorasan. Of course, the production hub of this product is Kerman province and the cities of Rafsanjan and Sirjan.

This product also has various features, some of which are mentioned below:

• As its name suggests, this product has a round appearance. Unlike some other varieties, this product has smaller seeds. Because it is smaller, there will be more seeds per kilo.

• The color of the top shell of its brain is purple. This product also has a bone-colored hard shell. Of course, this bone color is creamy.

• As we mentioned, this product has fine grains. For this reason, pistachios are among the most affordable to buy. Due to the number of more seeds and economic efficiency, it can be suitable for use in the occasions and parties of Nowruz, Yalda night and other ceremonies and parties.

• This product has always been one of the types of exports due to the fact that it is produced in large quantities in our country.
